Overview

Student Depot runs private student dormitories in seven Polish cities: Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw, Krakow and Lublin. Students pick a city, compare buildings and room types, and reserve a place for the academic year on the website or in the mobile app.

We worked across the whole brand and product surface: the visual identity and its family of 3D shapes, campaign and poster design, the booking website at studentdepot.pl, and the mobile app that carries the same system onto a smaller screen.

The challenge

Choosing where to live for a whole academic year is a big decision, and it is mostly made on a phone. Room types, floor areas, monthly prices, shared or private bathrooms and the walk to campus all matter, and every city has its own set of buildings to weigh up.

The brand also had to work in two very different registers at once: loud, playful campaign artwork that reaches students where they already are, and calm, information-dense product screens where clarity has to come first.

The impact

The result is one system that stretches from a poster to a booking flow. A bold typographic wordmark, a bright primary palette and a family of 3D shapes carry the campaign work, and the same colours come back as functional accents inside the product.

Every dormitory is now presented the same way on the web and in the app: photography, room specs, an all-in monthly price and a single booking action. Students can filter by city, check the walk to their university on a map, and reserve a room without leaving the flow.
